His professional expertise lies in cleantech infrastructure, with over 20 years of experience in managerial and directorial positions within the solar and electric vehicle industry. Colin brings extensive knowledge in project finance, state regulatory policy and advocacy, and real estate development to his work. He resides in the District of Columbia with his wife and two children.
