Room Rates

If you would like to use our in-house caterer, please visit their website or contact Mr. Tom Hirsch at 301-526-3193 or chef@bccbanquet.com. If you do not use the Anastasi Room's in-house caterer, the following rates apply:

Social Rentals

All room rentals include the use of the facility’s tables & chairs, complimentary parking for 60 cars and satellite parking nearby in the community.

1. Fridays, Saturdays & Holidays $2,000/8-hours
   (8 hours minimum - additional hours @ $185/hour)
2. Sundays - $1,500/8-hours
   (8 hours minimum - additional hours @ $185/hour)
3. Monday - Thursday, Evenings - $200/hr
   (4-hour minimum)

All events include an on-site facility manager to care for the venue and handle facility issues during the event.

There is a $500 refundable maintenance/damage deposit which is not applied to the total cost of the room and a contract are required to hold the room date. The deposit will be used if the reception extends beyond the original time, damage to the room occurred as a result of the party or any maintenance or repairs that have to be performed as a result of the party.

There is a $400 security guard fee for events with 80 or more guests which include the service of alcohol.

Corporate and Non-social meetings

These rates apply to:

1. Monday - Thursday any time
2. Fridays until 4:00pm

• $125/hour with a 4 hour+ rental
• $150/hour with 2 - 3 hour rental
• $300 for use of the commercial kitchen - Kitchen rental includes the use of commercial sinks, refrigeration, ovens and counter tops
• $200 security deposit is required
• Included with the rental
• Complimentary parking in the heart of Bethesda
• Tables and chairs
• Projector Screen
• 2 Easels
• Dollies to assist load-in/load-out
• Corded Microphone with stand to use with built-in house sound system
• Podium

Things to Know

• Very close to the Metro, restaurants and convenience stores
• Bus Stop right outside of our facility
• Exclusive use of the venue during the rental time – no other traffic going in and out of your space
• The room seats up to 300 guests
• This is one large ballroom – there are no break-out rooms
• Facility Manager on site to attend to your meeting’s facility needs
• Customers must have a licensed caterer (see approved caterer list).  However, for your ease, The Anastasi Room can make these arrangements for your meeting with 72 hours advance notice.  This would be a separate cost from the room rental
• Although this is not a tax deduction, your funds help support the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad’s needs in order to serve the public
• We have an ice machine on site.  It is not a guaranteed part of the rental, but it may be used when it is producing ice (which is 99.9% of the time).
